The facilities at the manor are obviously much improved since the new build. There is plenty more parking space and it is easily accessible by bus, car or on foot for those able.

The hospital have been wonderful every time my son has been admitted. The nursing staff are very friendly and now know us by name. They explain everything that is going to be done, and when we were waiting for some medication to be discharged, even allowed us home and called when the medication was ready, so we weren't waiting unnecessarily in the hospital. The individual rooms on the children's ward are lovely and spacious, and allow privacy and comfort during a stay.

Paediatric opd, never saw any nurses on this visit so cannot comment, but other wise very pleased with the service.
